In August 2020 Lauren Feaster was appointed CEO of Professional Dimensions, a leading women’s professional association in the Milwaukee area whose mission is to unite women leaders in the relentless pursuit of better. Prior to joining Professional Dimensions, Lauren served in various executive capacities within the NPO education realm with both City Year Milwaukee and Teach For America Milwaukee. During her tenure, she has led community partnerships, fundraising, staff management/coaching, training, program evaluation, strategic planning and business operations. As an advocate for leadership, education and collective impact, Lauren remains engaged in community through her service on City Year’s Regional Board, the Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy Board, 88Nine Radio Milwaukee Board, HYFIN Advisory Committee and as co-chair of the K12 Civic Response Team via Greater Milwaukee Foundation. Additionally, she works to advance equity and inspire leadership as a member of Milwaukee Urban League YP, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and as a Character Coach with Alverno’s LACCS Program.

Jason M. Holton currently serves as the leader of VillageMKE in his role of Founder and Chief Executive Officer. In this role, Jason serves as the primary leader, internal manager, strategist, external champion, and builder of the organization. Jason began his work in Milwaukee, the city he calls home and where his family has been deeply rooted for multiple generations, in 2009 when he founded the City Year Milwaukee site alongside champions and stakeholders in the city. His work with City Year began in 2005 as the National Recruitment Systems Manager. In 2006, Jason was promoted to National Recruitment Director overseeing the product & process development for the City Year network recruitment function. Jason then led the City Year Washington, D.C. Program and Service department as the Deputy Director. During his time in Washington, DC, Jason was accepted into the competitive inaugural class of LEAD City Year, an internal program aimed to sustain a culture of continuous talent investment aimed at accelerating the organization’s growth and cultivating future site leadership. After being promoted to City Year Milwaukee’s Vice President and Executive director and leading the site for 7 years, Jason was promoted to Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition Jason came to the organization with a BA from Lake Forest College where he studied History and African American Studies. Jason has also been involved as a Board Member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Foundation of SE Wisconsin, FUEL Milwaukee, We Grow Greens and graduate of LeadBoston.
